Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000
This leading Law Firm is seeking talented and driven mid-level Associates with 3 to 6 years of experience to join the Corporate Department’s M&A Group in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of corporate law, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
