What you will do:
- Handle high-stakes patent cases, from preparation to trial, including claim construction hearings.
- Perform technical analysis of products and patents, collaborating with experts.
- Manage discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and conduct/defend depositions.
- Work closely with a dynamic team, in a hybrid, flexible workplace.
What you have:
- At least 3 years of patent litigation experience in district court, PTAB, or ITC
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and are admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Background in electrical engineering, computer science, biology, immunology, or biochemistry.
- Excellent communicator, a collaborative team player, and meticulous in your work.
