Our client, a respected full-service law firm, is actively seeking multiple Construction Litigation Associates to join its expanding Construction Litigation Group. These roles are based in the firm’s Manhattan office, with flexibility for a remote work rotation. Opportunities are available for both junior and senior-level attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds.

About the Role:
You will handle a diverse caseload involving New York State Labor Law, construction defect, property damage, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have courtroom and deposition experience and be comfortable managing matters independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in insurance coverage or risk litigation is a plus.
Candidate Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Admission to the New York Bar is required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus

Demonstrated litigation experience, including depositions and court appearances

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $85,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications
