A top-tier law firm is seeking a Tax Associate with 5+ years of experience to join its national tax practice. The group advises clients across all areas of federal, state, and international tax law, with a strong focus on technology, life sciences, and growth-stage enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance transactions

Support equity financings, technology transfers, and complex licensing and collaboration deals

Provide domestic and international tax planning strategies

Work closely with fast-growing companies in the tech and life sciences industries
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, ideally within a law firm

Experience with M&A, capital markets, and cross-border transactions preferred

Excellent academic credentials

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary range of $365,000 – $435,000, based on year classification
