Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a stellar candidate with:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in IP law, ideally with exposure to patent litigation or prosecution.

Strong technical background in chemistry; graduate-level training (e.g., M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry or related field) is a significant plus.

Hatch-Waxman litigation experience preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate generic drug challenges and innovator disputes.
