This Global law firm are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of legal experience in regulatory work to join our highly regarded Capital Markets practice.
The role will be based in our New York office, focusing on financial services regulation, particularly consumer credit regulation and licensing. The associate will collaborate with partners, counsel, and other associates, taking on responsibilities such as:

Handling a wide range of federal and state consumer and commercial credit regulatory matters

Conducting research on consumer and commercial credit regulatory issues at both federal and state levels

Preparing legal memoranda analyzing consumer and commercial credit regulatory topics

Assisting with regulatory due diligence for investors and lenders

Supporting clients with all aspects of regulatory licensing

Providing additional support to the practice as needed
