Trademark Attorney – multiple locations

Salary: $200,000-$250,000
Am Law 20 firm seeks trademark attorneys to join its IP group.
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a trademark attorney working on searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing
- Active license to practice law at the office location (or ability to waive in)
- Preference given for TTAB experience
- Preference given for USPTO examiner experience
What you will do:
- Oversee domestic and foreign trademark matters for a global client base
- Trademark and brand clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing including preparation of OA responses, use affidavits, maintenance and renewal filings, cease and desist letters, and brand counseling
- Work on oppositions and appeals at the TTAB
- Provide due diligence assessments and prepare assignments, security agreements, and releases as needed
- Preference given for domain name resolution and copyright experience
