Job Title: Labor & Employment Attorney – Senior / Junior Partner Level

Overview:
A well-regarded Labor & Employment practice in DTLA is seeking a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their litigation-focused team. The role offers exposure to a mix of single-plaintiff (FEHA, wage and hour) and class action (wage & hour/PAGA) matters, with a small portion of the work dedicated to advising and counseling clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-impact role, contribute strategically, and grow toward a junior partner position.
Role Focus:
- Represent clients in single-plaintiff and class action matters, including FEHA, wage & hour, and PAGA claims
- Handle litigation from start to finish: pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial support
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide counseling when needed
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with associates and support staff
Requirements:
- 6+ years of labor & employment law experience at a law firm
- Proven experience in both single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation
- Strong motion practice and deposition experience
- Client relationship experience preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission
