What you have:
- 2-9 years trademark experience, including searching and clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and/or managing client portfolios
- Preference given for TTAB and/or trademark litigation experience
- Active license to practice law
What you will do:
- Perform clearance searches and provide risk and brand strategy opinions
- Handle filing of applications, responding to office actions, and maintaining national and international trademark portfolios
- Brand/mark monitoring and enforcement
- Client portfolio counseling, licensing, and/or drafting/reviewing trademark assignments and purchases
- Potential for handling/supporting TTAB and soft-IP litigation matters
