Salary: $260,000 to $365,000
What you will do:
- Work on patent disputes involving innovative technologies
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and PTAB
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
- Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other proceedings
What you have:
- 3-5 years of patent litigation experience
- Undergrad and/or advanced degree in computer or electrical engineering, or computer science
- Active license to practice law; USPTO registration is a plus
