As the founder of European recruitment agency Heat, he has experience of successfully building businesses from the ground up, and has established it as a rising force in the industry.

Jack brings over six years of experience in legal recruitment, with a specialization in Corporate, Funds, and Tax legal recruitment, both in practice and within Investment Funds across the US and other key financial hubs. He has worked with some of the world’s largest law firms and investment funds, successfully placing talent ranging from junior qualified lawyers to Partners.

Jack’s approach is centered on collaboration, focusing on building meaningful relationships with candidates rather than merely selling to them. He prides himself on understanding the unique needs of each candidate, ensuring a tailored and genuine recruitment experience.
