Patent Litigation Attorney – multiple locations

Salary: $225,000 to $435,000
Premier global law firm is seeking talented patent litigation associates as part of a long-term investment in building out its IP Litigation Group.
What you will do:
- Work on cutting-edge patent disputes involving some of the world’s most innovative companies
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and PTAB
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
- Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other proceedings
- Collaborate across offices with a growing cross-functional team of IP litigators
What you have:
- JD from a top-tier law school
- 2–7 years of patent litigation experience at a top firm or boutique
- Undergrad and/or advanced degree in computer, mechanical, or electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or the like
- Active license to practice law; USPTO registration is a plus
