Salary: $260,000-$365,000

Top-tier firm seeks IP litigation associates to assist with emerging and cutting-edge technology disputes.
Duties:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for patent and trade secret disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Engage in discovery and trial preparation
- Counsel clients on complex IP strategies
- Collaborate with a team of top-tier attorneys across global offices
What you have:
- 3–6 years of experience in IP disputes, particularly patent and/or trade secret matters
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, and the like
- Active license to practice law
- Strong academic credentials
