A respected legal team is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution, IP transactions, and related matters. This is a hands-on role for a skilled attorney looking to work on complex, high-level IP work across various industries.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily IP prosecution dockets and USPTO filings

Draft responses to office actions and client correspondence

Conduct clearance searches and prepare legal opinions

Negotiate and draft IP-related agreements, including software licenses

Support IP due diligence and documentation in M&A transactions

Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients
Preferred Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in patent/trademark prosecution and IP transactions

USPTO registration or patent bar eligibility preferred

Strong academic record and excellent writing skills

Experience with software agreements and transactional IP work

Admission to the Florida Bar (required)
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $150,000 – $170,000
