Am Law 100 firm is looking to hire solid trademark associates for its IP group.
What you have:
- 3-8 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
- Preference given for TTAB experience
- Preference given for experience representing large brand owners
- Preference given for large law firm experience
- Preference given for truth in advertising experience
- Active license to practice law
Duties:
- Work on trademark matters of well-known national and international brands including client counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
- Provide strategic guidance on how to identify, protect, and leverage various brands including advertising issues and strategies
