Am Law 100 firm is looking to hire trademark associates with 1-4 years of experience.
What you have:
- 1-4 years of experience handling trademark matters including searching, clearance, filing, and prosecution
- Preference for TTAB experience
- Active license to practice law
Duties:
- Searching and clearance of proposed brands, word marks, and logos
- Trademark filing and prosecution for national and international clients
- Brand development and management
- Client counseling and guidance
