- Draft and prosecute patent applications in transformative and emerging technologies across a wide client base
- Prepare clearance and patentability opinions
- Provide IP counseling and portfolio assessments
- Perform patent due diligence assessments
Skills:
- 1–5 years of patent prosecution experience
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, material science, physics, and the like
- Preference given for advanced degrees
- Active license to practice law
- USPTO registration
