Salary Range: $230,000–$270,000

Overview:
The Irvine office is seeking employment litigation attorneys with 4 – 7 years of experience to join its labor and employment practice. This role offers the chance to work on complex wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters for a wide range of clients while taking on meaningful responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate wage and hour claims and employment discrimination/harassment matters, including class and collective actions and PAGA cases.
- Participate in all phases of litigation: draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
- Manage matters independently and interact directly with clients where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in California.
- 4–7 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment; motivated self-starter; works independently and collaboratively.
