Job Title: OSHA and Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $230,000–$270,000

Overview:
The Los Angeles office is seeking an attorney with at least 4 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA programs. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment and safety-related litigation matters while taking on meaningful responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in workplace safety enforcement actions, including Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSHA matters
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Prepare and argue motions and other briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage matters independently while collaborating with team members and interacting directly with clients
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to practice in California
- At least 4 years of employment litigation experience, including workplace safety enforcement actions
- Strong academic credentials, legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
