Job Title: Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $245,000–$270,000

Overview:
The Los Angeles office is seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience in wage and hour litigation. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, managing sophisticated class, collective, and representative wage and hour matters for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate claims under the California Labor Code, the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Draft and respond to complaints, answers, and dispositive motions
- Manage written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and argue motions, including class certification and decertification motions
- Strategize and litigate PAGA representative actions
- Analyze exemption classifications, regular rate calculations, meal and rest period compliance, pay statement claims, and waiting time penalties
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to practice in California
- Minimum of five years of wage and hour litigation experience, including class and representative matters
- Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and legal writing ability
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
