Job Title: Employment Law Attorney
Location: Century City – Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $230,000–$280,000 base (plus discretionary bonuses)

Overview:
Seeking an associate with 3–5 years of experience (Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side considered) in employment law to join a fast-paced, high-stakes employment practice. This role provides exposure to complex litigation, counseling, and investigations, with the opportunity to work on meaningful client matters from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employers and employees in high-stakes employment and wage-and-hour litigation
- Advise clients on compliance, workplace policies, and risk mitigation
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Manage matters independently and collaborate with teams
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in employment law
- Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- California Bar admission
- JD from a nationally recognized law school
