Salary Range: $225,000–$275,000

Seeking attorneys with 4–7 years of experience in real estate law to work on complex transactions and provide strategic client advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements and leases
- Conduct title and survey review and coordinate closings
- Collaborate with teams and provide direct client support
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of real estate law experience
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
- California Bar admission
- JD from a nationally recognized law school
