Overview:
Seeking driven litigation attorneys with at least 3 years of experience to join a thriving multi-specialty defense practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing defense litigation across various sectors including Employment, Construction, Healthcare, and Commercial disputes.
- Handling all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including drafting dispositive motions, conducting research, and managing discovery.
- Representing clients at hearings and depositions, with opportunities for direct client interaction and trial experience.
- Executing sophisticated legal strategies with the ability to work independently or as part of a national team.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
- At least 3 years of law firm experience in civil litigation (defense side preferred).
- Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
