Overview:
We have immediate openings for Civil Litigation Attorneys to join our Omaha practice. While we are primarily seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience, we welcome applications from all experience levels. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful, forward-facing client work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all phases of civil litigation, from initial research and writing to appearances at hearings and depositions.
- Handling diverse defense matters with the ability to manage assignments independently and with minimal supervision.
- Engaging in strategic case management with opportunities for trial experience and direct client contact.
- Collaborating with a national team while maintaining a strong local practice presence.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience preferred, though all experience levels are welcome to apply.
- Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Driven team player with the ability to handle a caseload independently.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
