Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Base Salary: £170,000 – £185,000+
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
A leading international law firm is seeking to strengthen its London disputes team with the addition of a technically strong Associate. You will join a high-performing, multi-jurisdictional group acting for major corporates and high-net-worth individuals on complex, high-value disputes, including matters with significant reputational and regulatory exposure.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading complex High Court litigation from strategy through to trial, including urgent applications such as injunctions and summary judgment
• Drafting high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and legal analyses across commercial, contentious tax, and regulatory disputes
• Advising on matters involving copyright, data protection, defamation, privacy, and breach of confidence, while supporting international arbitration and acting as a key client contact
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ law firm experience
• Strong background in commercial litigation, with exposure to contentious tax and complex regulatory disputes
• Experience across IP, data protection, defamation, privacy, or related areas highly advantageous
• Excellent academic credentials
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-pressure matters independently
