Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate – Los Angeles
Salary: $290,000 – $320,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Overview:
A top-tier firm with a leading international litigation practice is seeking a 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role sits within a highly regarded disputes team handling sophisticated, high-value matters across a range of industries, with particular emphasis on complex corporate and reputational litigation.
Role Focus:
• Managing written and document discovery processes
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and detailed legal memoranda
• Taking and defending depositions
• Preparing witnesses and supporting trial strategy and preparation
• Contributing to end-to-end case development and litigation strategy
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of strong commercial litigation experience
• Admission to the California Bar
• Excellent academic credentials and superior written advocacy skills
• Prior experience at a large firm or through a judicial clerkship preferred
