What You’ll Do
- Take the lead on complex litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance disputes
- Craft compelling, strategic briefs and legal submissions
- Prepare fact and expert witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
- Own key phases of litigation from discovery through trial or arbitration
- Partner with colleagues across teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in insurance litigation
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active admission to the New York Bar
- Exposure to arbitration (preferred, not required)
- Background in insurance or reinsurance disputes
- Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Poise and professionalism in high-stakes client environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
