Role Focus:
- Represent clients in wage & hour disputes, misclassification claims, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, PAGA and representative actions
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Manage key client relationships
- Work with associates and support staff as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of law firm labor & employment law experience
- Experience with wage & hour class actions, PAGA litigation, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination matters
- Client relationship experience preferred but not required
- Strong motion practice and deposition experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission
