Job Title: Labor & Employment Partner
Salary: $300,000+ plus Bonus & Benefits (depending on client base and experience)

Overview:
A well-established labor and employment practice is seeking an experienced Partner to join their Chicago office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled attorney with extensive litigation experience and a portable client base to integrate into a collaborative and growth-oriented team.
Role Focus:
- Lead complex labor and employment litigation matters in both state and federal court, including TROs, preliminary injunctions, dispositive motions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Handle wage-and-hour class/collective actions, traditional labor matters, and ERISA disputes (withdrawal liability, fiduciary duty claims, benefit fund collections).
- Manage commercial disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and contract/business matters, including discovery, depositions, and injunctive relief proceedings.
- Maintain and grow client relationships while mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with firm leadership.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in labor and employment law, including complex litigation.
- Proven track record managing litigation from inception to resolution.
- Portable business preferred, with strong client relationships and billing experience.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
- Active Illinois Bar admission.
