Job Title: Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney
Basic Salary: $260,000 – $310,000+ plus Bonus & Benefits
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Hybrid)
Overview:
A growing litigation platform is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Los Angeles team. This opportunity is ideal for a senior associate or counsel-level attorney looking to join a collaborative platform with strong existing work flow, direct client exposure, and long-term growth potential within an established labor & employment practice.
The role offers substantial responsibility handling complex employment matters and advising sophisticated employer clients across a range of litigation and workplace issues.
Role Focus:
- Managing wage & hour class actions and PAGA litigation
- Handling complex single-plaintiff employment defense matters
- Managing cases through all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions and trial preparation
- Supporting jury trial matters and strategic case development
- Advising employers and senior leadership on compliance and workplace risk issues
- Conducting internal investigations and advising on executive severance matters
- Working closely with clients on ongoing employment counseling and litigation strategy
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
- Strong wage & hour, PAGA, and employment defense background
- Experience handling dispositive motions and complex litigation matters
- Trial or jury trial support experience preferred
- Experience advising employer clients on workplace compliance and investigations
- Active California Bar admission
- Strong advocacy, writing, and case management skills
