Salary: $250,000 – $300,000
Our client is actively expanding its Labor & Employment practice and is seeking to add multiple partner-level attorneys from junior to senior to its Los Angeles office and growing platform.
No Portable Book Required (although always welcome)
This is a unique opportunity for attorneys looking to join a sophisticated and collaborative employment practice with immediate client work, long-term growth potential, and flexibility.
The firm is hiring more than one partner-level attorney and welcomes candidates with a variety of Labor & Employment backgrounds.
Importantly, a portable book of business is not required. Attorneys will have the opportunity to immediately service existing client relationships and active matters while building and developing their own practice over time. Candidates with a portable book are also encouraged to apply.
Practice Overview
The practice group handles:
- Single-plaintiff employment litigation
- Wage & Hour litigation
- Employment Class Actions
- FEHA litigation and counseling
- Employer compliance and risk management counseling
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling all aspects of employment litigation, particularly FEHA matters and wage & hour disputes, from inception through resolution.
A balanced Labor & Employment background is preferred, though candidates with deeper experience in either litigation, counseling, class actions, or wage & hour matters are strongly encouraged to apply.
