Top global firm is seeking talented patent litigation associates for its IP practice group.
Duties:
- Litigation of patent matters involving emerging and innovative technologies for a wide client base
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and/or the PTAB
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
- Preference given for experience with hearings, trials, and other proceedings
Your experience:
- 3–6 years of patent litigation experience at a top firm or boutique
- Undergrad and/or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- Active license to practice law
- Preference given for USPTO registration
- Preference given for top 30 law school with 3.5 or higher GPA
- Preference given for recent Am Law 100 experience
