A well-established law firm with a growing Labor & Employment practice is looking to appoint an experienced Partner to join its team. The group offers a strong platform, existing client work, and a collaborative environment designed to support senior lawyers who want to develop and expand their practice.
Overview:
This role is suited to a senior Labor & Employment lawyer seeking a long-term platform to build on their practice. The firm provides an established infrastructure, access to ongoing matters, and a supportive environment focused on growth and client development. Portable business is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on a range of employment law matters
• Manage litigation and advisory work from instruction through to resolution
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work alongside and support junior lawyers
• Contribute to practice growth and business development
Requirements:
• Strong background in Labor & Employment law
• Experience at Partner or senior level within a law firm
• Confident managing clients and complex matters
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Portable business not required
