- Provide IP counseling and portfolio assessments
- Perform patent due diligence assessments
Skills:
- 2–8 years of patent prosecution experience
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science
- Preference given for experience as a patent examiner
- Preference given for advanced degrees
- Active license to practice law
- USPTO registration
