Job Title: Managed Care Litigation Attorney

National law firm with a well-established law firm with locations across the U.S. The firm is actively growing its ERISA & Group Litigation and Managed Care Litigation practices, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated employee benefits, ERISA, and healthcare-related matters.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Managed Care Litigation, ERISA litigation, or insurance litigation.
- Experience representing health insurers, managed care organizations, health plans, TPAs, or other healthcare industry clients in complex litigation.
- Strong experience handling managed care disputes, provider reimbursement, coverage, health benefit, or other healthcare-related litigation.
- ERISA litigation or Employee Benefits experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent litigation, client advisory, and case management skills.
