Am Law 100 firm is looking to hire a senior trademark prosecutor.
What you have:
- 6+ years of experience in trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement of national and international brands
- Preference given for TTAB experience
- Preference given for trademark prosecution experience at an Am Law 100 firm
- Active license to practice law
What you will do:
- Manage trademark matters of national and international clients including searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, and enforcement
- Provide strategic brand portfolio guidance and counseling
- Manage TTAB matters
