A leading national Labor & Employment law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its Seattle office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established L&E attorney with a strong client base and meaningful portable business. If you have reached a ceiling at your current firm and are looking for the resources, platform and support to take your business to the next level, this could be the right opportunity for you. The firm provides Partners with the resources and national platform needed to continue developing and growing their practice.
Requirements:
- Experienced Labor & Employment attorney currently practicing at the Partner level or with a strong case for partnership.
- $500K+ in portable business preferred.
- Established relationships with employers and a demonstrable ability to generate business.
- Billing rates ideally in the $500s per hour and above.
- Strong employer-side Labor & Employment experience.
- Existing client relationships and a portable book of business are highly valued.
- Ability to contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s Seattle L&E practice.
