Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Basic Salary: $150,000–$190,000+ plus Bonus & Benefits
A respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its expanding Delaware office. The position offers the opportunity to independently manage a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial, and civil business disputes from inception through resolution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
- Active admission to the Delaware State Bar
- Prior experience handling business or civil defense litigation is preferred
- Strong legal research, deposition, and motion-drafting skills
- Ability to manage case deadlines and communicate effectively with corporate clients
