Job Title: Of Counsel – Employment Litigation
Location: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Flexibility
Basic Salary: $185,000–$245,000+ (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits
About the Role:
An established California law firm is seeking a senior employment litigator to join its Labor & Employment practice. The role focuses on EPLI-related employment matters and offers an opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a growing practice.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with management-side employment defense preferred
- Broader civil defense experience considered alongside employment experience
- Demonstrated ability to guide and oversee junior associates
- California Bar admission in good standing
