Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Basic Salary: $240,000 – $270,000 + Bonus and Benefits
The Firm
An established national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its Boston team. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment disputes for technology companies, startups and venture capital clients, with a particular focus on high-stakes litigation and complex workplace issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ law firm experience (Required)
- Strong Labor & Employment litigation experience
- Experience handling wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination matters
- Experience drafting pleadings, responding to discovery and arguing motions
- Deposition experience
- Experience handling matters in state and federal court and/or arbitration
- Massachusetts Bar admission
