Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

The Firm
A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Winston-Salem team. The position offers the opportunity to work across a varied employment practice, supporting employers with both active litigation and proactive workplace matters. Attorneys will handle a range of disputes while also advising clients on strategies designed to reduce employment-related risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ law firm experience in civil litigation and/or Labor & Employment
- Strong employment litigation experience
- Experience managing multiple litigation matters
- Experience drafting pleadings and other litigation documents
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience advising employers on employment-related issues is preferred
- North Carolina Bar admission or eligibility through UBE score
