Job Title: Employment Trial Partner
Location: Orange County, CA | Remote
Compensation: Basic salary + bonus/benefits
The Firm:
An established and growing Labor & Employment practice is seeking a proven trial attorney to join its Orange County team. The firm works with employers on complex employment disputes and is looking to add a senior litigator who can bring substantial courtroom experience to the practice.
The position offers significant flexibility, with the ability to work remotely while contributing to sophisticated employment litigation matters.
The Role:
The firm is seeking an accomplished trial attorney with genuine first-chair experience in employment matters. Employment does not need to have been the sole focus of the attorney’s practice, but candidates should have meaningful experience defending employment cases and taking matters through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent employers in complex litigation and employment disputes.
* Take a lead role in employment matters through trial.
* Serve as first chair in appropriate employment litigation.
* Develop case strategy and oversee litigation from inception through resolution.
* Work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
* Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s litigation and employment practices.
Requirements:
* Partner-level experience in litigation.
* Demonstrated first-chair trial experience.
* Meaningful experience defending employment matters.
* Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills.
* Ability to independently manage complex matters and client relationships.
* California Bar admission in good standing.
