Title: Labor & Employment Attorney
Location: New York – Remote
Base Salary: Anticipated $200,000–$240,000+ plus bonus and benefits
The Firm
A growing full-service law firm withan established Labor & Employment practice is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its expanding team.
The firm represents employers across a broad range of Labor & Employment matters, providing both litigation and advice and counsel to management-side clients. This is an early-stage opportunity, with the firm currently speaking with select candidates before formally launching the search.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of management-side Labor & Employment matters, with exposure to both employment litigation and advice and counsel work.
The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while taking a meaningful role in managing client matters.
Key responsibilities may include:

Representing employers in Labor & Employment litigation matters

Advising management clients on a range of employment issues

Handling matters from inception through resolution with appropriate independence

Providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employer clients

Working closely with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies

Managing a varied management-side L&E caseload
Requirements

Experience practicing management-side Labor & Employment law

Strong experience across both employment litigation and advice and counsel

Ability to independently manage matters with limited supervision

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent client-management and relationship-building abilities

Admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
