Duties:
- Draft and prosecute biotech and other life science patent applications
- Prepare patentability opinions for life science inventions
- Provide patent counseling and portfolio assessments
- Perform patent due diligence assessments
Skills:
- 1–7 years of patent prosecution experience in life science matters
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in biotechnology e.g. molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, etc.
- Preference given for advanced degrees
- Active license to practice law
- USPTO registration
